I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, close to the Tanger Outlet and several eateries, providing peace without the noise of downtown Memphis. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. However, the room had a strong smoke odor since it was a former smoking room, and the breakfast was not up to my expectations.
